Clubhouse and Amenities – Rating 6.89
The inviting clubhouse at Plum Brook Golf Club in Sterling Heights, Michigan, features a casual grill that serves sandwiches, burgers, hot dogs, and pre-packaged snacks alongside a full bar, with all food and drinks at average pricing. The pro shop stocks no apparel and offers little in golf equipment. Visitors praise the staff, superlative in every respect. Golf carts receive excellent maintenance, cart paths are paved, and the parking lot provides paved decent parking (though no bag drop exists). Clubhouse restrooms remain clean, and on-course restrooms include sinks for convenience.

Plum Brook Golf Club in Sterling Heights, Michigan, delivers a hidden gem of a golf course that surprises players with quite good conditions. Even after heavy rain the previous day, the layout emerges in good shape. This traditional overall layout incorporates gentle elevation changes, very good bunkering, and a mix of water hazards. The facility provides consistent play and maintenance, with greens and fairways especially well featured. The design creates an enjoyable golfing experience for scratch golfers all the way to beginners.
