Lakeland Hills Golf Course in Jackson, Michigan features a unique clubhouse and pro shop. The grill serves sandwiches, burgers, hot dogs, and pre-packaged snacks at average pricing. A full bar offers various alcoholic drinks along with beer, sodas, juices, energy drinks, and water with average beverage pricing. No apparel is available at time of review, yet a limited selection of golf equipment includes golf balls, golf gloves, tees, ball markers, and divot tools. Clubhouse restrooms are clean, while porta-johns sit on the course.
Plenty of event space accommodates outings or special occasions. Maintained golf carts travel gravel cart paths, and adequate paved parking exists with no bag drop. Amenities are limited to a nice practice putting green. Staff and ownership deliver welcoming, warm, and friendly service.

SUMMARY:
Lakeland Hills Golf Course in Jackson, Michigan delivers a nice local course with traditional layout feel. Golfers encounter some interesting surprises along rolling fairways. Few bunkers appear, yet water hazards challenge six holes. Both subtle and drastic elevation changes test many a shot making the course feel it plays longer than it is. At time of review this course had suffered from a recent drought which was taken into consideration. Good course for golfers a bit advanced from beginner status.
