SUMMARY:

The Loon Golf Course in the Gaylord area is one of multiple courses offered at the Loon Golf Resort, which include the Lakes Course and the Ridge Course. It is a solid and consistent play though the bunkers could use some churning and softening. There are great conditions on the greens, fairways with generous landing areas, a combination of multiple tee areas, and overall experience is quality and consistent with some of the most scenic views northern Michigan has to offer. It gets a solid course and value rating and, when part of a stay and play package or golf deals, it fits nicely into any day of golf. See our video of The Loon Golf Course.

The fairway received the highest consistent ratings.
