​Starting on level, medium size tees tee off into a flat fairway with a slight dogleg left. The hole is tree-lined with medium length rough. There are no hazards on this hole to worry about. The medium size green has a maintained fringe, a receptive, rolling surface. It slopes back to front and runs at a medium speed.

​Your first par 5 starts on large and level tee blocks. The flat fairway doglegs left, lined with trees and short rough. All bunkers here have real sand with multiple rakes available. Then, the medium size and speed green has a maintained fringe. This putting surface slopes back to front and is receptive and rolling.

Your 2nd par 3 comes quickly on the front nine. From level, elevated, small tee boxes you can have a good shot to the green. The approach is flat but runs uphill to the green. Golfers have no hazards to avoid here but the rough is medium length and denser with the entire hole being tree-lined. The maintained fringe edges this large green that rolls out at a medium speed. The green surface is tiered, rolling and receptive. It also slopes back to front, as well as left to right.

Placement in the rolling fairway is everything on this par 4. From level, medium size tees you can find the dogleg right fairway to set up your 2nd shot. The rough is medium length and the hole is tree-lined. Bunkers have real sand and multiple rakes while maintained fringe surrounds the medium size green. The putting surface has a medium speed with a receptive, rolling feel. Lastly, this green is both crowned and slopes back to front.

​From level, medium size tees you can see the rolling, slightly downhill fairway on this shorter par 4. This tree-lined hole has real sand bunkers with multiple rakes and denser medium length rough. The green has a maintained fringe surrounding it. Another medium size green, it slopes both back to front and right to left, with a medium speed, rolling and receptive feel.

The tees here are small and unfortunately not quite level. However, the rolling fairway is a ride in itself with a sharp dogleg left and it runs uphill. The denser rough is medium length and these real sand bunkers have multiple rakes. This small green has a maintained fringe and slopes back to front, is receptive and rolling, putting at a medium speed.

The final hole on your front nine is a par 5 and we consider this the signature hole. Start on elevated, level, small tees and drive into the rolling fairway. The fairway runs uphill, downhill, doglegs right and then uphill to the green. It has a picturesque tree-lined path with medium rough and bunkers of real sand well kept by the many rakes available. The green is large and elevated with a maintained fringe. Another receptive and rolling green surface here runs at a medium pace.

The bunkers have real sand and multiple rakes available. The fringe here is battling some dead spots. This medium size green putts fast on this rolling and receptive surface.

The green slopes back to front and putts fast.
