Start your round from a level, medium size tee box. The fairway is rolling sided with medium length rough. Bunkers have real sand with multiple rakes available and the fringe is well-maintained. The large, receptive green is rolling with large undulations, and it putts at a fast speed.

One of the best ways to score par here on this par 3 from large and level tees is to avoid the large, real sand bunker that stretches from tee to green. The rough is medium length and, thankfully, there are multiple rakes available for the large bunker. The green is small, receptive, and rolling with a maintained fringe. It rolls at a fast speed.

Bunkers contain real sand, and the fringe is well-maintained. This green is medium size, fast of speed and has a surface that slopes back to front. It is rolling and receptive.

This pretty par 3 is the second on the front nine from level, medium size tees. While it seems fairly straight-forward, it is the number 1 handicap hole. It has a small approach with a pond water hazard left the entire way. The rough is medium in length and the bunkers have real sand. Around the medium size green is a maintained fringe. The green is receptive and rolling, running at a fast speed.

From large and level tees, the finishing hole is a par 5 with a large water hazard pond all down the left. The rolling fairway runs downhill to the green and the rough is medium in length. Welcome to the signature hole of Eagle Eye. This intimidating par 3 starts on large and level tees as you tee over the pond water hazard to the iconic island green patterned after the famous island green at TPC Sawgrass. The green is medium size with a maintained fringe and the surface is receptive (thankfully), rolling with a left to right slope.

A maintained fringe skirts the large, fast-putting green that has a little bit of everything – tiers, slopes back to front, and a receptive and rolling surface.
