Coyote Golf Club Clubhouse

Clubhouse and Amenities – Rating 6.20

The comfortable clubhouse at Coyote Golf Club has a very friendly staff within their pro shop and restaurant/snack area. The food is mostly typical golf course fare with a full bar and good pricing of most beverages. They can hold events and do have an extensive event menu available. Amenities include a driving range, chipping and putting areas. The selection of apparel and equipment is very limited but averagely priced. A self-serve bag drop is available. The parking is good and allows for easy access. Carts are very good, and the cart paths are solid as well. The clubhouse is the perfect place to relax before or after a round.

The tees are level and large, and, depending on which tees you are playing, you can come at this green from 2 different angles. The approach is flat, with the green guarded by short, thick, rough and real sand bunkers with a little grass in them. A maintained fringe sides the green, which is large, receptive and runs at a medium speed.

Your final hole starts on small tees that are not level, unfortunately. You have a choice of trying to carry over the wetlands that separate the rolling fairway or lay up and play it safe. The rough is short, thick and the bunkers are real sand. To toughen it up more, there is a very nice pond water hazard right in front of the small green. The fringe is maintained and the surface is thankfully receptive. It putts at a medium speed.
