Begin your round on level, medium sized tees. The rolling fairway runs slightly downhill and there is a slight dogleg left. Stay right to make your approach shot easier since there is a water hazard / wetlands to the left as you near the green. The hole is wood lined with medium rough and real sand bunkers in great shape. The fringe is maintained around the large green that is receptive, rolling, tiered, elevated and sloped back to front while putting at a medium speed.

The tees are small and level giving you a good look at the tree lined, flat fairway with medium length rough. Bunkers are real sand with multiple rakes available and the fringe is maintained. The green is both medium in size and speed with a receptive and tiered surface. A few bare spots were noted at time of review.

This tight par 4 starts on level, medium size tee blocks. The fairway is rolling, has a slight dogleg left and then runs slightly uphill to the green. It is tree lined with medium length, thicker rough. Bunkers are real sand with multiple rakes and the fringe is maintained. This green is tiered, rolling, and receptive while being medium in speed and size. Again, we noted few bare spots at time of review.

The tees here are elevated, medium in size and level. The fairway drops downhill from the tees, doglegs left then rises uphill gently to the medium size green. The hole is tree lined with thick, medium rough. All bunkers are real sand with multiple rakes and the fringe is well maintained. This green putts at a medium speed and the green surface is receptive, rolling and slopes back to front.

The tees are small, elevated and level on this longish par 3. The length of the hole brings all hazards into play from all but the forward tees. Thick, medium length rough and real sand bunkers guard this medium size green. It is elevated, rolling and receptive, running at a medium speed with a maintained fringe.

The fairway has many facets such as downhill areas, rolling areas, and flat areas. It plays as a slight dogleg right with denser, medium length rough and real sand bunkers. Maintained fringe skirts the medium size, rolling, receptive green. This elevated putting surface rolls at a medium speed.

This par 4 has a championship design. From elevated, level, medium size tee blocks, hit the rolling fairway with your tee shot. The fairway runs a bit downhill and has a big fade dogleg right. There is medium length, thicker, rough and real sand bunkers with multiple rakes available. The green is medium size with a maintained fringe. The putting surface is medium speed and is receptive and rolling.

This challenging par 3 from small, level, elevated tees is all carry. Between the tee and green lies a pond water hazard. Thicker, medium-length rough and real sand bunkers short and left guard the medium-size green. Maintained fringe surrounds the putting surface. Elevated green has a receptive feel, running at a medium speed.

The green slopes back to front and is receptive, rolling and elevated.

Starting from small and level tees, Hole 13 is a tight, tree-lined par 4. The rolling fairway runs slightly uphill with a slight dogleg left. The rough is medium in length and all the bunkers are real sand sporting multiple rakes for ease of maintenance. A maintained fringe surrounds the medium size and speed green. The putting surface is receptive and rolling with a back to front slope.

The final par 3 has small and level tee boxes. The approach is rolling but the hole has hazards for wayward shots. The medium size green has a maintained fringe and a surface that slopes back to front with a receptive and rolling feel. It putts at a medium speed.

It runs at a medium speed and is medium in size.

Tee shot placement is everything on this tight, tree lined par 4 from level, small tee boxes. The fairway is very rolling, doglegs right sharply and is edged with medium length, thick, rough. There are real sand bunkers manned with multiple rakes and a maintained fringe. This green is the largest on the course. It is rolling, receptive and sloped back to front, rolling at a medium speed.
