Start your golf experience at Bella Vista from elevated, large and level tees on the first hole. The fairway is rolling and runs downhill then back up after the slight dogleg right. The rough is medium length, and stream water hazard lies at the bottom of the hill. Bunkers contain real sand and the maintained edges the elevated green. The putting surface slopes back to front with a receptive and rolling feel. It is large and putts at a fast speed.

Large, level, and elevated tees start what we consider to be a signature hole, which is hard since there are many to pick from. This par 3 provides a beautiful view and is all carry over a wetlands area with woods right and left, real sand bunkers and a maintained fringe. This receptive and rolling green is tiered, fast in speed and large in size.

Your first par 5 has level, medium size tees boxes and a rolling fairway with a large landing area. It plays a respectable 448 from the forward tees. The rough is medium length and the bunkers are real sand. A maintained fringe surrounds this large, fast-putting green with receptive and rolling surface that slopes back to front.

You may feel you need a golf lesson when peeking out from the chute on large, level and elevated tees. Tee over a wetlands area to this rolling, treelined fairway with a slight dogleg left and medium length rough. With real sand bunkers and a maintained fringe, the large green can be a challenge. It is tiered, rolling and sloped back to front. This receptive green runs at a fast speed.

Large and level tees start this hole with one of the few wide open tee shots you will get on the course. The fairway is wide and rolling, edged with medium length rough. The bunkers, especially the fairway bunkers, are in great shape. Maintained fringe surrounds the medium sized green. The putting surface is long and narrow, rolling, receptive, sloped back to front, and putts at a fast pace.

Your 2nd par 3 on the front nine has large and level tees. This shot is straight uphill to the medium size green–take an extra club, it can be deceiving.  Medium length rough and real sand bunkers guard the green. Next, a receptive and rolling green greets you.   The surface slopes back to front and rolls at a fast speed.

Start this hole from large, tiered, elevated, and level tees. The fairway is rolling and tips downhill where you will find the large green hiding. Note the pond water hazard left immediately off the tee that should not come into play and another lurking short and left of the green. Bunkers contain real sand in great shape and there is a maintained fringe. The green is sloped back to front, rolling, receptive, and fast paced for putting.

The final hole on the front nine has small but level tees. The rolling fairway doglegs left with medium length rough. All bunkers have real sand, and the fringe is maintained. This half-way point green is large, rolling, receptive, sloped back to front, and rolls out at a fast speed.

Level and medium size tees start your back nine. Here, your tee shot is everything. Too far or left, and you find the trees. Right, and you may lose a ball. You may not need a driver to find the rolling fairway at the elbow of the dogleg right. This hole plays downhill from the tee with medium rough, real sand bunkers and a maintained fringe. Expect one of the few small greens, which is receptive, rolling and sloped back to front. It runs at a fast speed.

The first par 5 on the back is a doozy. Tee over a wetland to a large rolling fairway with 2 ponds. The first left of the fairway–through the chute and the 2nd pond water hazard–is hidden from view. It’s short and left of the green but jutting out into the fairway at the bottom of a large hill. Beware. Bunkers contain real sand and maintained fringe lines the medium size green. This green sits up elevated with a fast-putting, rolling, receptive surface that slopes back to front.

Your first par 3 on the back nine is, thankfully, rather tame. Tee blocks are small and a bit unlevel. The medium size green is guarded by medium rough and real sand bunkers. This green has a maintained fringe, a sloped back to front feel that is receptive and rolling. It rolls at a fast pace.

Tee off from level, medium size tees blocks and land in the rolling fairway that doglegs left. Expect medium rough and real sand bunkers in great shape, especially at the far-right corner of the dogleg. Green is medium size and thin in depth.  It has a maintained fringe and a surface that is receptive, rolling and tiered. This green putts fast and will challenge you.

This short par 4 starts on level, medium size tee boxes. Medium length rough edges the rolling fairway. This hole has no water hazard but note real sand bunkers to avoid.  A maintained fringe surrounds the small green. This fast, rolling, receptive surface slopes back to front.

A lovely final par 5 from medium size, level tees, hole 15 doglegs right in the rolling fairway. It has medium length rough. Its bunkers contain real sand and maintained fringe surrounds its medium size green. This receptive, rolling green slopes back to front and runs at a fast speed.

Maintained fringe edges the large green with a rolling and receptive surface. The green slopes back to front, running at a fast speed.

This medium size green has a maintained fringe and real sand bunkering to guard it. The green putts fast with a tiered, receptive, and rolling feel.

The final hole starts on elevated tees kept large and level. Its rolling fairway doglegs left with medium length rough. You can carry it over the corner trap if you’re a big hitter. Speaking of the sand traps, they are in great shape for this hole. This fast-putting green is medium in size with a maintained fringe. The surface is tiered, rolling and receptive.
