The Clubhouse and Pro Shop at Atlas Valley Golf Club in Grand Blanc, Michigan is perfect for an eighteen-hole golf course. The Clubhouse, with its stately warm ambiance, welcomes golfers to a comfortable retreat after a day on the picturesque greens. Inside, members and guests can unwind in a well-appointed space and enjoy a full menu with refreshing beverages and a full bar. Banquet facilities are available.
Meanwhile, the Pro Shop caters to golfers’ needs with an average selection of equipment and stylish apparel, all at average pricing. Whether seeking the latest golf technology or simply looking for a memento of their time on the course, golfers find everything they need at Atlas Valley’s Pro Shop. The parking a quite good with a bag drop available. Carts and cart paths rated very well as did the amenities provided, such as a putting green. The staff is top-notch as well as very friendly and yardage books are available.

Begin your round from large and level tee boxes. The fairway is flat and straight-away with short rough and real sand bunkers with multiple rakes available. The fringe is maintained around this large, receptive green that rolls at a medium speed.

Large and level tees point you down this rolling fairway edged by short rough. No water hazard here but there are real sand bunkers with multiple rakes and a maintained fringe at the green. This receptive green is large and runs at a medium speed.

From level, medium size tees, hit your tee shot to the fairway that runs slightly uphill and then downhill. The rough is short and there are no hazards on this hole. The green is medium in size with a maintained fringe. The green surface is receptive and putts at a fast speed.

The course starts to really get in gear on this first of 2 back-to-back par 5’s. From level, medium size tees drive the ball downhill to the dogleg right fairway. The rough is short, there are no bunkers, and there is a stream water hazard right before the green to avoid. The fringe is maintained around the large, tiered green with a fast-putting, receptive feel.

The second of the back-to-back par 5’s has medium size, level tees. The fairway has a slight dogleg left and runs uphill with a small pond left of the fairway and tee blocks that should not come into play. The rough is short, there are no bunkers, and the fringe is maintained. The green is elevated with a steep front and hard to hold. It is also quite large and runs at a fast pace.

Large and level tees start you on this testy, first par 3 on the front nine. The approach is flat with short rough and real sand bunkers with multiple rakes guard the green. A maintained fringe skirts the edge of this large, fast-putting green with a receptive feel.

If this second par 3 on the front nine looks intimidating, well it can be. From medium size, level tees you go uphill all the way, so pull more club. There are no hazards, and the green is guarded only by the terrain and the short rough that comes up to the maintained fringe. The elevated, large green is receptive (thankfully) and runs at a fast speed.

A unique feature of the course is that both the front nine and back nine have back-to-back par 5’s. Here we have the first on the back nine and it starts on level, medium size tees. The fairway is very rolling and runs mostly downhill with a slight dogleg right. The rough is short, there are no hazards, and the fringe is maintained. The large green is receptive and rolls at a fast pace.

The 2nd par 5 on the back nine and last par 5 on the course is shorter starting on level, medium size tee blocks. The rolling fairway doglegs right and runs both uphill and downhill in areas. Short rough, real sand bunkers with multiple rakes and a maintained fringe are on the hole. This green is tiered, receptive, fast rolling and large.

Medium size, level tees give you a good view to tee over a stream water hazard to the large green guarded by shorter rough and real sand bunkers with multiple rakes. A maintained fringe circles the green that has a fast speed and is receptive being sloped back to front.
